JINBANG CHEMICAL （GROUP）CO LTD

Jinbang Group Corporation was founded in May 1958. Approved by the State Economic and Trade Committee, it was transformed into an enterprise group in 1992. In 1997, Jinbang was selected by the State Council as one of the 120 pilot enterprise groups in China. In March 1998 Jinbang was authorized as one of the first enterprises in Jiangsu Province to manage state-owned assets. In June 1998, solely launched by Jinbang Co. Ltd. was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. It also related to many chemical manufcturring such as silica gel , vanadium pentoxide, Sodium Metabisulphite , dow resin and anhydrous lanolin..
